Shipping policy

Processing Time: We aim to process orders by the next business day after they’re placed. Typically, processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launch weeks, it may take a little longer.

Delivery:

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–5 business days after dispatch
• Islandwide: 1–5 business days after dispatch

Fees: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via e-mail after dispatch.

Store Pickup: Collect from our store at no extra cost (we’ll notify you when it’s ready).

Damaged/Missing Items: Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
