Copy of Returns & Exchanges
If the size doesn't fit, we offer the option to exchange it for the correct size. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the courier charges for both the return and the new shipment associated with the exchange.
- Customers are given a window of 7 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange request. To request an exchange, please contact us through the same platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) where you placed your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the returned item must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 working days.
- Please note that discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- At the moment, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for alternative designs or colors.
- Please be aware that the online exchange process typically takes approximately 20-30 working days to complete.
