Thank you for shopping at Allura Estrella. We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience with us, and we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
No Refunds — Exchanges Only.
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Preferred Method: For the fastest and smoothest service, we recommend bringing your item directly to our Allura Estrella store for exchanges. This allows you to try on other styles and find the perfect replacement on the spot.
Eligibility:
- Request within 14 days of purchase/delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale/clearance items; intimate apparel (swimwear, lingerie, undergarments); accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, socks); personalized items; items damaged/altered after delivery.
Courier Exchange (if you can’t visit):
Kindly send the item back to our store using either Domex or Speed Post.

How to Send the Return Package
You may use any courier service, but the easiest options are:

2. Speed Post (Sri Lanka Post)
You can also hand over the package at any post office offering Speed Post services.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us (via socials or 0112 506 550 / 077 621 6400) within 14 days with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
